Provide as much detail as possible about the hearing you wish to be transcribed. To speed up the process, include the file number, case name, judge, and date of hearing.
Await Cost Estimate:
Once the court reporter receives your email, you will be contacted with details on the cost, delivery times, and payment methods.
Payment and Processing:
If you choose to proceed, payment is required in advance. Only after payment is secured will the delivery timeline start. Please note: While we aim to meet requests for delivery in under 30 days, court schedules and current backlogs may affect this.
Delivery:
Transcripts will be sent in pdf format to the email address you provide and will also be filed on the court docket.
Which Reporter to Contact:
While reporters are generally assigned to the following judges, it is possible the individual reporter was not present at the specific hearing.
